We Are Now Available On A New Domain!!

 

We are thrilled to share exciting news about an upgrade to our DHISCO customer portal, aimed at enhancing your experience and providing more efficient services. As part of this upgrade, we are transitioning the DHISCO portal to a new location and splitting it into two dedicated environments: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production.

Environment Rollout:

 

To kick off this modernization effort, we are now available in the following new domain: 

 

UAT              :  https://uat-portal.rategain.com/portal/login

Production :  https://rg-portal.rategain.com/portal/login

 

Possible Action Required: Firewall Update:

 

Please ensure that your company's firewall rules allow access to the new domain (rategain.com) for uninterrupted service.

 

Password Reset Instructions:

 

To access the UAT & Prod portal environment, you will need to reset your password. Here's how you can do it: If you have already done so, please ignore this section.

 

Reset password via email:

         To use this method, you must already have a valid email address on the current DHISCO portal with UAT access.

         Visit the UAT password reset page using this link: Password Reset Link - Password Reset Link

         Visit the Prod password reset page using this link: Password Reset Link - Password Reset Link

         Enter the email address associated with your account.

         Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions provided to set a new password.

 

Reset Password via Support:

         If the user email is an invalid or older email address and thus cannot utilize password reset via email, please contact support requesting a new portal login.

.   You must provide the email address you were using to access the portal and provide a new valid email address.

.  The new email address domain must be with an active RateGain/DHISCO partner. (For example, @bestwestern.com or @ihg.com, etc.)

 

If you do not have access to the UAT applications on your existing production portal login or would like us to create a new portal account for you, please contact our support team. (Please see below for their contact information)

 

**For user accounts that are strictly for content updates (HDCN and HDI webservices), a password reset may not be necessary.**

Bookmark the new UAT portal link, https://uat-portal.rategain.com/portal/login and https://rg-portal.rategain.com/portal/loginfor easy access.

Remove any outdated portal bookmarks to avoid confusion.
